My name is Lenora Spatafore Boyle.  I am an Italian-American with dual citizenship in Italy.

I lead The Italy Retreat For Women to Live La Dolce Vita, the sweet life, each September to the Italian Riviera and Tuscany.

For the past 21 years, I have enjoyed being a Speaker, Coach, Mentor, and Workshop Leader. My life’s work has been focused on mentoring others to create a more enriched life, the sweet life, teaching personal development workshops on happiness, and changing limiting beliefs as a Life Coach and Option Method Trainer in the US and ITALY.

In this blog, I share my thoughts and experiences about All Things Italian, including my travels to Italy, Italian food, growing up as an Italian-American in the US, and the reasons it is so important to join me in ITALY!

I have always been interested in how how we combine our ‘wantings’ with creating a life we love. How do we live our passions? Well, in thinking of that, I combine my two passions–helping others live more happily with my passion for all things Italian.

Italy is a fascinating country shaped like a boot, and is composed of 20 regions, much like states in the United States or provinces in Canada. I have traveled all over Italy, but so far I have spent the most time in Liguria and Tuscany, and set up my Retreats there.

I chose the Cinque Terre because it is so beautiful, composed of five villages, that are easy to visit by walking trails, train or ferry. I’m also charmed by Lucca in Tuscany, because it is so quaint, has the feel of a Roman town, but small enough to easily explore on foot or on bicycle without the worry of fast moving cars.
